Mr. Kim is the founder, and Managing director of Dickson Auto group. He establish Dickson Service Enterprise in year 1988 which was later rename as Dickson Auto Agency. Under his leadership, Mr Kim expand his business network to insurance, finance and mortgage services, and pre-owned car trading. During the last 23 years, Mr Kim had accumulate tremendous experiences in all field in automobile industry, such as car export, parallel import car, authorized dealer for Nissan, pre-owned car trading, insurances services, finance and mortgage services. His experience helps to grow the Dickson Auto group, during the good and bad time. In 2013, Mr. Kim awarded Established Entrepreneur of the Year 2013,by ASME (Association of Small Medium Enterprises) and Rotary club of Singapore. the most established award for entrepreneurship.
Beside his automobile business, Mr Kim is also actively involved in the community work. Mr. Kim holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, Australia.
Frankie joined the group in the year 1992, and served in numerous field such as insurances, accidental claim, mortgage, export car, new and pre-owned car trading. With over 20 years experiences in automobile industry, Frankie plays an important role in business expansion for Dickson Auto Group. Frankie holds Diploma in Electrical Engineering, from Singapore polytechnic.
Dominic joined the group in Feb 2016, as General Manager (Credit Marketing) in Dickson Capital. Prior to joining the group, he has over 17 years of experience in Banking & Finance. In 1993, he started his early career with the Singapore Police Force, and he retired at the rank of Station Inspector. In 1998, he entered the banking & finance sector when he joined Sime Diamond Leasing (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Sime Darby Group which specialize in both Auto and SME Loans. In 2000, Sime Diamond was renamed as SDL Leasing after being acquired by UBS Group. In 2002, General Electric Group acquired SDL Leasing and renamed the business, GE Money. Despite these changes, he continued to lead with confidence, and took the opportunity to learn various business cultures. His leadership appointments in GE include Vice President – Marketing & Product Development, and Head of Business Development for Auto. In 2010, Standard Chartered Bank acquired GE Money, Dominic together with his team successfully integrated the GE Auto Portfolio into the bank. In 2013, he joined Singapura Finance Ltd, and help the business grew into one of the leading auto financiers in Singapore.
Dominic holds a Diploma in Business Admin from Singapore Polytechnic, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Central Queensland University Australia, and a Master of Science Degree in Marketing from Leicester University UK.
